Xiaomi drops another update for HyperOS System Launcher to fix animation issue; grab the APK now

Xiaomi is unveiling the most-awaited HyperOS along with the Xiaomi 14 series today in China. However, the Chinese tech giant is also rolling out a new update to HyperOS System Launcher to fix the animation bug but as per my testing, the latest version still doesn’t fix the issue. Here are all the details regarding the update.

HyperOS System Laucher update

Xiaomi is rolling out a new update to HyperOS System Launcher with version 4.39.14.7422-10162205 and it promises to fix animation issues present in the previous version. Note that this is in the Alpha stage and may contain some bugs. As far as I tested this version on my device, the animations got improved but whenever you try to open the same app immediately, the touch doesn’t work. Also, when you open multiple apps for a second or multiple times, they don’t show the app opening animation. You can also check out the animation preview on the latest update.
