OxygenOS 14 Update For OnePlus Devices
I have already shared the list of Oneplus devices that will get Android 14 based OxygenOS 14 in the upcoming months and currently, Oneplus is testing Android 14 Beta on Oneplus 11 devices and soon after the stable version of Android 14 for Pixel devices from Google, Oneplus will roll out Android 14 based OxygenOS 14 for Oneplus phones later this year.
As the tech giant, Google will probably release the stable version of Android 14 for pixel devices in August. Currently, Pixel phones are running on the Android 14 Beta 2 version, Beta 3 will come in June 2023, and Beta 4 & 5 will be released in July 2023 following the final release in August 2023. After that Oneplus will roll out OxygenOS 14 to Oneplus devices.
OxygenOS 13.1 is the Last Major Update For these phones
Since OxygenOS 13.1 is running on almost every Oneplus phone which is based on the Android 13 version, currently Oneplus is rolling out security patch updates to Oneplus phones and the major update will come after the Android 14 release.

- Oneplus Nord CE 2
