Redmi Note 12 Starts Receiving HyperOS Update in India

Xiaomi’s latest operating system HyperOS is now rolling out for the Redmi Note 12 device in India. In the past few months, several Xiaomi devices have received their first HyperOS update in different regions. The tech giant is now preparing to roll out the much-awaited HyperOS update for more devices in the coming months.

The same update has now arrived for Redmi Note 12 users in India with HyperOS 1.0.1.0.UMTINXM version where IN indicates that it’s an Indian version of HyperOS. This update integrates the latest December 2023 Android security patch level which will boost the system security and HyperOS along with Android 14 will improve the overall stability and performance of the device.

This is a major Android 14 update so backup is always recommended before installing this new version on your device. Currently, this update is only available for some selected beta testers and it will arrive on all devices over the coming weeks.
