Samsung’s One UI 6 is an upcoming major OS update for Samsung phones but unfortunately, these Samsung phones won’t get any One UI 6 update this year and maybe One UI 5.1 will be the last update for these phones.
OneUI 6 Android 14 Update
There is no doubt that Samsung is the one who provides the fastest updates after Google to its devices and almost every Samsung phone is running on the latest One UI 5.1 update which is based on the Android 13 version and there will be no major OS update till August 2023 for Samsung phones as Google will release a stable version of Android 14 for Pixel devices in August 2023, after that, you can expect One UI 6 based on Android 14 from Samsung.
Google announced the Android 14 Beta program for these smartphones at Google I/O 2023 and Samsung is currently testing the Android 14 Developer Preview for its flagship devices based on OneUI 5.1 which doesn’t offer many features and is still too buggy to use as a daily driver. OneUI 6 will be based on the Stable version of Android 14 and Samsung will roll out OneUI 6 update later this year.
