POCO F1 was launched with powerful specifications for just 18,999/- rupees and even today people are using POCO F1 and they haven’t faced any issues in POCO F1.

But do you remember POCO X3 Pro? Same strategy and flagship specifications at a very low cost. Most of the people those who are especially gamers in India, bought the POCO X3 Pro for gaming because this was the best phone at the time according to its price and specifications. So what happened then?

POCO Phones are Getting Dead

This all started with the POCO X3 Pro, a phone with a great chipset under 20K. Lots of people got motherboard issues (Completely hard bricked), even under warranty, brands were not repairing the phones and giving excuses like the phone had scratches, etc. Then what is the purpose of a warranty?

This doesn’t happen only with POCO X3 Pro even POCO X2, POCO X4 Pro, POCO F3 GT, and POCO X5 users also suffer the same issue. No body is listening to them. Some of them got new devices after so many people reported the same issue.

Some of the users got hard brick issues after updating their device to the latest version and the same thing also happened with Redmi Note 10 Pro.

POCO F4 Recent Case

Okay, so this is the recent incident that happened with Hemanta Debnath, a POCO F4 user. He tweeted his problem saying “My poco f4 sound stopped working after updating it to miui 14.0.4 i visited the service centre, there sc guy rejected my warranty saying the device had bent and asking me to pay 30829.86₹ to repair”.

He addressed his issue that he just updated his POCO F4 to the latest MIUI 14.0.4 version and the sound stopped working after updating the device. He also visited the service center, and the service center guy rejected his warranty saying that the device had bent, and also asked him to pay 30829.86/- rupees do you know the price of POCO F4? It’s 27,999/- for the base variant. How someone can be so cruel?

Also, he tagged the CEO of POCO India, and emailed him, but instead of giving him any solution, he just blocked his account.
