HyperOS Features
Xiaomi’s HyperOS brings many new features, especially for flagship devices. The second batch of devices includes those phones that will also receive Android 13-based HyperOS update which will miss some major features for users. However, you can check out the Xiaomi HyperOS’s latest features which are listed below.
Uninstall Bloatware
Unlike MIUI, which is known for its abundance of pre-installed apps, HyperOS allows you to uninstall most of the bloatware that comes with the phone. This gives you more control over your device and frees up valuable storage space.
Lock Screen Customization
HyperOS offers a wide range of options for customizing your lock screen. You can change the wallpaper, and clock style, and even add widgets for quick access to your favourite apps.
Cleaner Control Center
The Control Center in HyperOS is much cleaner and more organized than the one in MIUI. It’s easier to find the settings you need, and you can customize the tiles to show only the information you care about.
Enhanced Gallery App
The Gallery app in HyperOS has been completely overhauled. It now has a more modern design, and it offers a variety of new features, such as AI-powered object recognition and image editing tools.
Improved Privacy & Security
HyperOS comes with several new privacy and security features, such as app sandboxing and end-to-end encryption for sensitive data.
Lightweight & Hyper Fast
HyperOS is much lighter and faster than MIUI. This means that your phone will feel more responsive and you’ll have more free RAM for running other apps.
Dynamic Island-like Feature
Inspired by the iPhone 14 Pro’s Dynamic Island, HyperOS has a similar feature that allows you to interact with notifications and other system information right from the lock screen.
Advanced Notification Management
HyperOS gives you more control over your notifications. You can snooze them, silence them, or even block them entirely from specific apps.
Seamless Cross-Device Integration
HyperOS is designed to work seamlessly with other Xiaomi devices, such as tablets, laptops, and smart home appliances. This allows you to easily share files, control your smart home, and more.
Regular Updates
Xiaomi has committed to providing regular updates for HyperOS. This means that you can always be sure that you can always be sure that you’re using the latest and greatest features.
