These Xiaomi Phones will receive HyperOS Update in January 2024 [List]

Xiaomi has announced the second batch of devices that will receive the HyperOS update in January 2024. HyperOS is Xiaomi’s optimized operating system based on Android that offers a clean, bloatware-free experience and enhanced performance.

HyperOS Updates

According to reliable Xiaomi news source Xiaomiui, the following Xiaomi phones will get the HyperOS update by the end of January 2024:

Xiaomi 12T Pro
The Xiaomi 12T Pro was launched in October 2022. It will receive the HyperOS 1.0.1.0.ULFEUXM update, codenamed diting. This flagship phone sports a 200MP main camera and is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

Xiaomi 12 Pro
The Xiaomi 12 Pro will get the HyperOS 1.0.1.0.ULBCNXM update, codenamed Zeus. Released in December 2021, this premium device features a 6.73-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.

Xiaomi 12
Xiaomi’s 2022 flagship, the Xiaomi 12, will be updated to HyperOS 1.0.1.0.ULCCNXM, codenamed cupid. Key features of this phone include a 6.28-inch AMOLED display, triple 50MP camera setup, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip.

Xiaomi 12 Lite
The thin and light Xiaomi 12 Lite will receive the HyperOS 1.0.1.0.ULIMIXM update, codenamed taoyao. Launched in 2022, this mid-range 5G phone has a 6.55-inch AMOLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 778G processor.

Redmi K50 Gaming
The gaming-focused Redmi K50 Gaming will get the HyperOS 1.0.1.0.ULJCNXM update, codenamed Ingres. This phone packs a Dimensity 8100 chip, an OLED display with a 480Hz touch sampling rate, and pop-up triggers for gaming.

Redmi 12
The budget Redmi 12 phone will be updated to HyperOS 1.0.1.0.UMXMIXM codenamed fire. Released in October 2022, key specs of this device include a 6.7-inch IPS LCD, MediaTek Helio G85 processor, and 50MP main camera.

POCO X5 Pro 5G
The recently launched POCO X5 Pro 5G will receive the HyperOS 1.0.1.0.UMSMIXM update, codenamed redwood. This mid-range 5G smartphone sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Snapdragon 778G chipset.

POCO M5
The affordable POCO M5 will get the HyperOS 1.0.2.0.ULUMIXM update, codenamed rock. Launched in September 2022, this budget phone is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, a 90Hz IPS LCD, and a 5000mAh battery.

According to Xiaomiui, these HyperOS updates are currently undergoing internal testing and will roll out to consumers by the end of January 2024. The updates promise to deliver a cleaner, smoother software experience along with the latest security patches.
