Realme‘s own tech life sub-brand DIZO is now gone which sells a variety of products in India through Amazon and Flipkart, quietly removed smartwatch Apps from the Play Store making users unable to use them.
What is DIZO?
DIZO brand was started in 2021 under Realme tech life ecosystem which used to sell audio products, smartwatches, bar phones, and personal care life products like trimmers,s, etc. whose main focus was to sell products with aggressive pricing and unique designs. DIZO usually sells under 4 different categories Smart entertainment, Smart Home, Smart Home, and accessories. There are a lot of products available under different categories.
What happened to DIZO?
Abhilesh Panda, CEO of DIZO recently tweeted on May 27, 2023, that he’s stepping down as CEO of DIZO India. They quietly removed the smartwatch app from the Play Store and now those who have DIZO products are unable to use their products due to the unavailability of the app there is a workaround for that, we’ll talk about it but what about customers? Also, DIZO is shutting down in India but their products are still available on Amazon & Flipkart and people are still buying without knowing this reality.
Now, who will take the responsibility of customers? Realme denied taking responsibility for customers, so kindly stop buying DIZO products from any website as you won’t get any updates from now onwards.
DIZO App is Not Working [Fix]
As the DIZO company ran away, the users cannot log in and connect their smartwatches but you can try this workaround to fix this problem.
