As per the details shared by Naveen Dahiya on twitter, the phone was in his shirt pocket and he felt warmth in his pocket, then he took the phone out from his pocket. This incident didn’t made any physical injuries to the owner but the phone was burned to ashes.

You can literally see in the images that the phone was completely burned and the tweet’s from the user are not available at the time of writing this article.

According to the Naveen Dahiya, ” I hurriedly take my phone from my pocket and place it on the ground avoid it catching fire. Thank God, no harm has come to my health. However, the phone was completely destroyed. At the time of this incident phone was not in use. I called Redmi customer service next day.” These are the details from phone’s user.
