NothingOS 2.0.4 is rolling out for Phone (1) with new widgets & fixes
NothingOS 2.0.4 update is currently rolling out for Phone (1) which brings new widgets both for Home Screen and Lock Screen, and fixes the major problems encountered by several users. The new widgets have already been introduced with NothingOS 2.5 Beta for Phone (2) and now Phone (1) users are getting the same features with this update.
NothingOS 2.0.4 for Phone (1)
Nothing Phone (1) is a complete package in itself because of hardware and software, Nothing OS. Now, the NothingOS follows the Stock Android approach. Additionally, it has its own unique features to simplify your task. In the latest NothingOS 2.0.4 for Phone (1), Nothing is adding a new option to add new widgets on the Home & Lock Screen. It is notable that Phone(1) is still running on the September 2023 Android Security Patch Level after this update. Here are all the new features & fixes for Phone (1) in this update.
New Features
- Swipe to the left side of the app drawer to access the hidden icons compartment. Apps placed here will be relocated and hidden from the app drawer.
- Introducing the Photo widget. Display your favorite photos on your home screen or lock screen.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
- The charging tooltip in the lock screen now more accurately reflects the charging speed.
- Fixed a rare issue causing lock screen widgets to not be displayed properly after restarting.
- The cloned instance of WhatsApp now properly supports App Locker.
- Improved the stability of Wi-Fi hotspotting.
- General bug fixes.
